What we collect

  • Account data: Email address, Telegram bot token, and Telegram chat ID when you sign up.
  • Monitoring configuration: Keywords, subreddits, and competitor names you choose to track.
  • Usage data: Anonymous usage metrics (pages visited, feature usage) via Google Analytics.

We do not collect your Reddit, Hacker News, or Dev.to account credentials. We only read publicly available posts.

How we use your data

  • Deliver monitoring alerts and daily digests to your Telegram.
  • Score and filter posts using AI relevance models.
  • Improve the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage & security

  • Telegram bot tokens are encrypted at rest and never stored in plain text.
  • Monitoring data (matched posts, scores) is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Infrastructure runs on AWS with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

What we don't do

  • We never post, comment, upvote, or take any action on Reddit, HN, or Dev.to on your behalf.
  • We never access private messages, DMs, or non-public content.
  • We never share your monitoring keywords or configuration with other users.

Third-party services

  • Telegram Bot API: To deliver alerts and enable chat interaction.
  • OpenAI: For AI-powered relevance scoring and reply draft generation.
  • Google Analytics: For anonymous website usage analytics.
  • Stripe: For payment processing (we never see or store your full card number).
  • AWS: For infrastructure, storage, and email delivery.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
