Acceptance

By using RedditHawk (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service does

RedditHawk is an AI-powered monitoring agent that watches public posts on Reddit, Hacker News, and Dev.to. It scores posts for relevance, tracks competitor mentions, and delivers alerts via Telegram. You can interact with the agent conversationally to get summaries, draft replies, and analysis.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for any content you post on third-party platforms based on our suggestions.
• Do not use RedditHawk to spam, harass, or violate the terms of service of Reddit, HN, or Dev.to.
• Keep your Telegram bot token secure. If compromised, regenerate it immediately via @BotFather.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

AI-generated content

RedditHawk uses AI models to score posts, generate summaries, and draft replies. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before posting it publicly.

Pricing & refunds

• Free tier: Available during beta with limited features.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account.
• Pre-orders: Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Reddit, HN, and Dev.to may change their APIs or rate limits at any time, which could affect monitoring coverage. We'll notify you of significant changes via Telegram.

Limitation of liability

RedditHawk is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for missed posts, incorrect AI scoring, or any actions you take based on our alerts or suggestions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using RedditHawk at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or Telegram.
